The sea foam's static
sends me off
in another
trance
I lull once more
as again
another
wave
hits
me
I open my eyes, submerged
my foot, trapped in a sandhole
but I feel no fear
The rainbow ocean's
living shells surround me
like confetti
across the floor
on an otherwise
desolate
stage
Nearly waking up from this
sleepy daydream
The sun, subdued
is captured within my eye
ripples overlayed on its rays
glistening onto me
displaying a pattern
across its rock
bottom
Face up, lying on the
sand
The cloud the sun hid behind
is pushed aside
blinding my eyes for a moment
now waking up
from a meaningless dream
